 Alberto De La Paz
Managing Partner
Alberto began his career 25 years ago in the cleaning industry. Alberto owned and operated a janitorial/maintenance and construction clean-up company (Sun City Services) for the past 20 years. Under his leadership, Sun City Services grew to a company of over 500 employees, becoming one of the largest janitorial companies in the state of Nevada. An entrepreneur and innovator, Alberto has started and been involved with a variety of businesses and start ups. In 2005 Alberto started DLP Services , a commercial office cleaning company with a current staff of over 100 employees.
In 2006 Alberto De La Paz and Mark Fernandez joined and started Silver State Transportation to provide specialty cleaning services for the Transportation Industry. Alberto has lived in Las Vegas since 1972 and has served on the Board of Directors for Opportunity Village. He also enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren. He is an avid soccer fan and a player.

Mark Fernandez
Managing Partner
Mark Fernandez is a managing partner for silverstate Transportation. In 1998 before starting Silver State transportation Mark founded one of the premier cleaning companies in Las Vegas. As a partner, Mark is involved in the daily oversight of Silver State Transportations management team. He is a member of B.O.M.A., North Las Vegas Chaimber of commerce, and I.R.E.M.
Mark is a native of Las Vegas and enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children.

Walter Seawright
General Manager
Walter began his career in public transportation of Las Vegas, NV fourteen years ago where through hard work and dedication advanced to a Supervisor and presently holds the position of General Manager with Silver State Transportation. His training and certifications include A-1 Truck Driver Training, CDL, Risk Services-Nevada on Accident Investigation, New Flyer Low Floor CNG & Familiarization Training and certification from SkillPath on addressing Employee Behavior. Walters management responsibilites include but are not limited to overseeing the day to day operations of the cleaning, fueling, and washing of the coaches.
Walters continued commitment to providing exceptional service and management for Silver State Transportation will ensure long lasting customer loyalty.

Rodney Ballard
V.P. of Business Development
Rodney is the V.P. of Business Development for Silver State Transportation. He began his career working at a major internet website doing sales training/coaching but for the past 3 years has been consulting clients in the areas of sales and business development. Rodney has worked for some well known financial institutions where he was recognized as a top producer. He manages the marketing efforts of the company and strategic business relationships.
Rodney is a native of Las Vegas and enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, golf and cycling. He and his wife have been married for 7 years and have three children. Rodney is an active member of his church, an Eagle Scout, and volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America. He also speaks fluent Spanish.

Corbin Mack
Operations Manager
A long time resident of Southern Nevada, Corbin Mack has gained over seven years of public relations experience and has been working for Silver State Transportation since ’08. His expertise in business management has helped the company successfully grow and maintain an overwhelmingly pleased clientele. A graduate from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, this bilingual manager has been able to exceed the customer’s expectations and motivate other employees to reach new heights.
Corbin enjoys playing soccer, working out and gardening. He also speaks fluent Spanish. |
